Ever since I had Caleb, I did a lot of reading on how to strike a balance between motherhood and work. Books were a source of comfort, assurance and inspiration, and they reflected some moms, and dads' experiences. I had followed some of the advice given in these books. Since I love to read, I have decided to do summaries of the books I read,and like to share with you. These are the precious thoughts I have gathered , and hopefully can give you some inspiration, just as they have inspired me.
"7 Myths of Working Mothers - Why Children and (Most) Careers Don't Mix - Suzanne Venker"
I borrowed this book from the library last week, and have picked up a lot of useful facts about motherhood and children. I will attempt to sum up the key points for your "reading summary" without you reading the book your self. I will extract meaningful quotes that leave an impact in me.
