Women nowadays are being told it is alright to go back to work, if that is their choice. That is, to pay other people to raise their children. They do not view raising children as an actual career, there is really no substitute for a parent at home. A child bonds with his mother as part of their daily routine. This relationship is delicate and time sensitive. When children have one adult to depend on, when they hear the same voice talking to them, teaching them every day, they grow to feel worthy of love, secure in who they are and in what they are capable to becoming.

The more hours spent away from parents, the more likely to have behavioural problems.
